I hold a Master of Science in Psychology and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Throughout both degrees, I completed advanced coursework in psychological theory, statistics, research methods, and cognitive science. My dissertation focused on how job insecurity and task complexity impact short-term memory performance, combining rigorous statistical analysis (e.g., regression, moderation, SPSS) with real-world applications.

I’ve tutored undergraduate and graduate students in general psychology, research methods, statistical analysis, and academic writing. Many of these students were pursuing degrees in psychology, education, or healthcare-related fields. I specialize in helping students understand complex concepts by breaking them down into relatable, practical examples. I’ve also assisted students with APA-style writing, data interpretation, and test preparation (including GRE psych and college-level exams). My tutoring approach is adaptive: I use a mix of Socratic questioning, visual aids, and structured review sessions tailored to the student’s learning style. I believe in building confidence alongside competence.

My experience includes one-on-one tutoring (in person and virtual), group sessions for peers during graduate school, and informal mentoring of students and colleagues. I’ve worked with college students, adult learners, and early-career professionals.
