I hold an undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from top public and private universities in Florida. These academic experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in the biological sciences, which I continue to apply in my role at a Southern Ivy university medical center, where I assist in academic research. This combination of knowledge and hands-on experience enables me to support students in STEM coursework and guide them through the university system.

As an undergraduate, I worked as a teaching assistant for an introductory biological science class, gaining valuable experience in teaching, grading, and assessing students. This role honed my ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in an accessible way. Additionally, my experience in both undergraduate and graduate-level laboratories has allowed me to mentor students on pursuing extracurricular research opportunities and developing strong STEM-focused resumes, which are essential for career growth in science fields.

Beyond my academic and professional work, I have a passion for mentoring students. I am actively involved with my church youth group, where I counsel high school seniors on college preparation, including helping with applications and coursework. I am committed to supporting students' academic and personal growth, particularly in STEM fields. Online tutoring is my preferred method, as it gives me flexibility while balancing my family life with an energetic toddler at home.
