I combine clear instruction with active learning in my teaching. I explain concepts when needed, but I also encourage students to work through problems, ask questions, and apply what they learn. This matches my IB classroom style, where inquiry, critical thinking, reflection, and self-management are part of every lesson. I adjust my approach to fit each student, whether they need to catch up, keep up, or get ready for more challenging work.
