Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping students at all levels—from those building foundational skills to advanced learners pursuing college credit. My teaching philosophy centers on clarity, patience, and connection. I believe every student can succeed in math with the right guidance and support. I focus on helping students truly understand the “why” behind the math, not just memorize procedures, so they gain lasting confidence and problem-solving ability.
In addition to classroom teaching, I’ve served as a mentor teacher, curriculum developer, and AP exam reviewer, ensuring my instruction aligns with current standards and best practices. My goal as a tutor is to make math approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding—helping each student reach their highest potential.
