Based in Brooklyn, NY, I am a dedicated private tutor with a strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for teaching. I hold a degree in Biological Sciences and Physics from Northwestern University, and my academic experience includes research and internships at University of Chicago and University of Miami in condensed matter physics. Following graduation, I conducted research in the biomedical engineering department at Columbia University.

Today, I run my own consulting company and continue tutoring because I truly enjoy helping students build confidence, understanding, and academic success.

With more than eight years of tutoring experience, I work with students across a wide range of subjects including ACT and SAT test preparation, physics, mathematics, biology, chemistry, English, and elementary and middle school coursework. My background in both STEM and the humanities allows me to support analytical thinkers and creative learners alike. I am an avid reader and a strong writer, which helps students improve both technical skills and communication.

Parents appreciate my ability to explain complex material clearly and simply. Students respond well to my patient and encouraging teaching style. Many of my clients have made meaningful academic progress and have met or exceeded their target scores after working with me.

My goal is not only to help students perform well in school and on exams, but also to help them feel confident in their ability to learn independently.
