I have three years of experience working with students who have special needs, and this has shaped me into a patient, flexible, and supportive educator. These years taught me the importance of meeting every child where they are, celebrating their strengths, and giving them the tools and encouragement to grow. I have learned how to adapt lessons, provide individualized support, and create a safe environment where all students feel valued and capable.

These years taught me the importance of meeting every child where they are, celebrating their strengths, and giving them the tools and encouragement to grow. Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s in Elementary Studies at Grand Canyon University, with graduation set for January 2026. Through my coursework and hands-on experiences, I have gained a strong foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and student-centered instruction. I am especially passionate about working with children in Pre-K through 5th grade because I love seeing how much growth happens during these years. Early learning lays the foundation for lifelong success, and I am dedicated to making these years engaging and meaningful for every student.
While I enjoy teaching all subjects, English Language Arts (ELA) is my favorite. I love helping students build their reading, writing, and communication skills, since these are critical for success in every area of life. Still, I am happy to support students in any subject, as my goal is always to help them succeed, no matter the content. Teaching is more than a career for me—it is a calling, and I am excited to continue growing as an educator while making a difference in the lives of children.
