My son had three sessions with Kelly to prepare for his APUSH exam. He had been doing practice tests at home but had no way of assessing the quality of his own writing (DBQ, Long essay etc). Kelly was happy to review his writing samples and provide constructive feedback. She also shared a lot of useful information and tips to maximize scores and my son thought she was a really good tutor. He felt these sessions with Kelly really benefitted him and he is now feeling quite at ease about taking the exam later this week. Another thing to note is that Kelly is very responsive...quick to reply and she kept us updated about her availability for additional sessions, which we appreciated very much!

My son was struggling to develop an approach to studying for his Honors US History quizzes and tests. Kelly asked questions to identify specific challenges he was having when taking tests/quizzes, reviewed the chapter material while highlighting key information, and equipped him with a study plan for his next big test. She also explained sections of the chapter in a way that my son found interesting and easy to grasp. He just got his test score back - he got a 95% (first A in a History test as a high schooler), and he got the highest grade in his class! 😊 So grateful to Kelly for preparing him well. He'll continue meeting with Kelly through the rest of the year.

Kelly is excellent. She responds very quickly and reviewed a draft prior to the session. We had a very focused session on some open questions. I got the sense that she really understands the rubric for the assessment and was helpful in maximizing points for the IA. She was really helpful on thinking through word count and how long each section should be. I recommend her for IB Global Politics.

Kelly taught AP govt and politics to my daughter. Kelly is an awesome tutor. We are so glad that we found her. My daughter had no confidence during Kelly's first class but by the last class she felt so comfortable and confident. She is much better position in the subject.
