Personable and Knowledgeable

I can’t recommend this tutor enough! Before working with him, I took my Illinois real estate course exam and scored a 67. After completing only about half of our tutoring sessions, I retook the exam and passed with an 80! What really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares about helping his students understand the material. He never rushed through a topic and always took the time to explain concepts in different ways until everything clicked. Even though he primarily teaches Florida real estate, he went above and beyond by creating an entirely new lesson specifically for the Illinois exam. He also provided me with detailed notes that have been incredibly helpful throughout my studying. Because of his teaching, I now feel confident going into the Illinois National and State licensing exam. His patience, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in my success. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and truly outstanding real estate tutor.
