I found Dr. Stephen during one of the most uncertain points of my residency application and I’m genuinely grateful that I did. From our first conversation, he took the time to understand not just my application on paper but what I was worried about, what I was working toward, and why my specialty mattered to me. He even took the time to understand the nuances of my specialty so that his advice was specific to me rather than something he could have given to any applicant. What has meant the most to me though is how much he has gone beyond what I ever expected from a tutor.
