Hi there! I'm so glad you're here and considering me as your tutor. I’m truly passionate about education and believe that with the right support, every student can succeed—and even enjoy the learning process. I have over 10 years of experience in education, working with students from elementary school to adult learners. I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Sociology, with a focus on education in my graduate studies. I maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout my academic career and was honored to be on the Dean’s List every semester—something I’m proud of because it reflects my commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning.

My experience includes teaching in classrooms, one-on-one tutoring, small group instruction, and virtual learning. I’ve helped students strengthen foundational skills, tackle tough subjects, prep for exams, and build lasting confidence. I tailor my approach to each student’s needs, learning style, and goals—always aiming to make learning clear, encouraging, and effective.

What sets my tutoring apart is that I don’t just focus on the content—I care about how you feel while learning it. I want you to leave each session not only understanding the material better, but also feeling more confident, motivated, and empowered. Whether you're facing a challenging subject, preparing for a big test, or just need someone to keep you on track, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

English

English

I’m an English teacher with over 10 years of experience, including teaching English as a Second Language. I’ve worked with students from a wide range of backgrounds and countries, and I’m very familiar with supporting learners who need to bridge gaps in grammar, vocabulary, and writing.
Sociology

Sociology

I hold both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Sociology, with my graduate studies emphasizing the sociology of education. Through my academic training, I developed a strong understanding of how social structures, institutions, and inequalities shape educational outcomes and experiences. My coursework and research have focused on topics such as educational access, equity, and the impact of race, class, and gender within school systems. This background has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical insight into addressing systemic challenges in education.
United States History

United States History

I have experience teaching U.S. history, helping students understand important events and themes from colonial times to the present. I have also successfully completed multiple college-level courses in U.S. history, which deepened my knowledge of political, social, and cultural developments throughout American history. This combination of academic background and teaching experience allows me to effectively support students in their learning and exam preparation.
