Krystal is very knowledgeable and likes what she does. I have been very impressed by her tutoring skills. The very first session, she spent time talking to my son trying to know what he needs and also evaluated him in order to identify his weaknesses at no charge. Even when I told her that she needs to charge for that first lesson, she told me that is how she does it, and that the first lesson is always free for evaluation. She identified what areas needed to be worked on and comes always prepared for her lessons, sends daily home work and stays in touch with my son in making sure he keeps up with his work.
