I have a degree in Mathematics, and I passed two actuarial exams, so I understand the preparation and refinement that is needed to go from a good score to a great score. I understand that doing well in the ACT and SAT directly translates to scholarships and college opportunities.
Struggling in mathematics causes unnecessary suffering and closes doorways to opportunities. It's worse when you are lost in the dark with no sense of direction how to move forward. I help students realize they can overcome mathematics one step at a time.
Preparing for the ACTs and SATs is difficult. Students need to have mastery of every nook and cranny of the material, and they need to be able to recall it quickly and accurately. At the same time, it puts your brain through an intense two hour workout. I can provide that level of mastery over the mathematics and help student build up the stamina, speed, and accuracy they'll need to take the exams.
