With more than 20+ years of teaching (both in the classroom and on-line) at the undergraduate and graduate level, many of my students have gone on to careers with clear insight and great tips and tricks for achieving great success in the workplace.

Classroom teaching experience includes many topics in business management and leadership, including: Leadership Theory and Research, Leading in a Culture of Change, Managing Across Cultures, Leading Organizations in Crisis, Project Management, Managing Innovation and Technology, Governance, Organizational Performance and Board Relations, Leadership and Execution of Strategic Plans, and many topics in business, including: Designing the Global Corporation, Sustainable Business Practices, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Corporate Reputation Management, Economic Policy and Management Control, as well as Financial Accounting and Policy Development.

At the graduate level, I have taught many classes in psychology as well, including Group Behavior and the Theory of Communication.

In addition to the above relevant coursework, I am a graduate of the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia, a certified trainer in the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument® as well as a trainer in the Architecture for Excellence™.

I am a Credentialed Manager with the International City and County Management Association. Since 2001 I have served on my professional association’s International Committee and have traveled all over the world providing training and consulting to local government organizations in developing nations.
Helping others (through teaching and tutoring) to achieve their own potential and release their inner strengths has been one of my greatest satisfactions in life.

As a certified professional holding credentials in the application and use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, my teaching and tutorial skills help others to recognize and appreciate differences in both an individual's personal life and in their work environment.
