I try to follow the most productive second language acquisition approach, which is communicative approach; however, my priority is to accommodate my students and make them feel comfortable with my teaching techniques. That is why prior to our work together, I ask a prospective student to fill out a questionnaire that would help me structure our lessons according to their language-related goals, stumbling blocks, and types of learning. I like to incorporate all four language skills into my lessons, but speaking and comprehension are always the main focus unless a student desires otherwise. Perfection isn't the goal during my classes; resilience is. I teach you how to communicate in a foreign language effectively whether you are under pressure or not.
