I was accepted to every college I applied to, including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, and the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar. I currently work in a Harvard/MIT ML research lab.
In high school, I earned:
- Perfect 1600 on the SAT
- 5s on all 15 AP courses (including Physics C, Calculus BC, Biology, Chemistry, French, and both AP English exams)
- Perfect score on AP Computer Science Principles
- 7s on 3 IB exams

I have tutored for 8 years and teach the SAT, most AP exams, all math through linear algebra, French, science, history, English, and computer science.
As a tutor, I am known for my exceptional ability to teach. My own high school teachers frequently asked me to tutor their students, with my AP Chemistry teacher calling me “the best teacher you can get.” I am highly skilled at breaking down complex concepts into simple, clear ideas.
My overriding ethos is that, with the right teacher, every student can excel. Every student has the capacity to ace the SAT Math, for example, even if they don’t deem themselves a “math person.” I prioritize teaching concepts deeply and completely while building student confidence.
I also have ample experience in college application advising. I am dedicated to helping students craft an authentic, polished, compelling, and effective application while dispelling the countless misconceptions that scare or derail applicants. I will guide you along every step, from essay ideation to the activities section (which is more important than most people realize!) to designing research supplements and creative portfolios.
My tutoring strategy centers around highly productive sessions that produce tangible progress. For each student, I develop an individualized tutoring plan and tailor my teaching to their learning style and experience level.
