In addition to my education and training background, I'm an experienced Information Technology project manager with over 15 years of project management experience in diverse industries.
My corporate responsibilities have included every aspect of project management including Earned Value Management and Risk Management from the strategic to the activity level. I have developed departmental technology budgets and tracked performance of project teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Because I have had bottom line responsibility for projects, I understand the scope, time and budgetary dynamics every manager must face.
