In addition to my extensive experience in the classroom, I have also dedicated many hours outside of regular academic hours to tutoring my students. This additional one-on-one support has allowed me to understand the unique needs and challenges of individual students, and tailor my teaching approach accordingly.

I am now looking to transition to full-time tutoring because I believe it allows me to individualize lessons for the specific needs of my students. I have found that personalized instruction is key to helping students truly grasp concepts and make significant progress in their learning journey.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of effective teaching strategies and educational best practices.
