I am currently a college student at Delaware State University majoring in Early Childhood Education, and my passion for teaching has been shaped through both my academic studies and hands-on experience with children. I have worked with students of various ages, primarily in early childhood and elementary settings, and I have extensive experience providing individualized support to children with different learning needs.

My background includes peer teaching in special education during high school, consistent babysitting, and working with children in both school and church-based environments such as Sunday school. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of patience, structure, and flexibility when supporting students academically. I focus on breaking lessons down into manageable steps, reinforcing key concepts, and using encouragement to help students build confidence in their abilities.

As a tutor, I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I believe every child has unique strengths, and my goal is to help students recognize those strengths while developing foundational academic and life skills. Education is not just a career path for me, but a meaningful commitment to helping children grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
