We engaged Eric to support our college sophomore student in Islamic Studies. The academic level of the University is known to be very challenging. Eric has the exceptional ability to help the student adopt the right mindset to succeed. There is no sugar coating: he identifies the areas that need development (or improvement) and sets clear objectives; during the entire study process, he stays connected to the student and provides the guidance needed. Eric is humble, he does not judge when he sees weaknesses, instead he builds a structure that helps address the challenges. Eric knows how to celebrate each little milestone which helps keep the moral and motivation up. Eric’s knowlege in the field is unquestionable but really his skills could be leveraged for many subjects beyond the areas our son focused on. He is an excellent tutor and a mentor: he focuses on the short term goals (learning and succeeding in the studied course), he also helps the student build long term skills that can be applied in the classroom and in the world beyond.

Eric is the BEST! He was willing to carve out time for me in less than a day's notice as I had a very stressful African studies paper due in 2 days.
