The Solution to your Physics Problem!

I have a PhD in theoretical Nuclear Physics. After being a practicing Physicist for a number of years doing research in the US and Europe, I have taught all levels of Physics, first as an Assistant Professor of Physics and then in high schools, and have been certified to teach Physics in North Carolina, South Carolina, and presently certified in both Virginia and DC.

At the college level, I have taught courses from the introductory level through quantum mechanics. At the high school level, I have taught not only the standard high school level Physics classes, but all levels of AP and IB Physics.

Intro college and all high school Physics can be condensed down into, essentially, four distinct topics: kinematics, forces, momentum, and energy. All other topics involve these four topics, only with a change in vocabulary, emphasis, or scale. I have created a set of four separate procedures that will, when applied properly, solve the vast majority of Physics problems will be expected of students.

Over the years, I have discovered that most students are simply confused by how to proceed when given a problem to solve. Generally they know enough to be successful if their efforts are directed properly. My procedure gives structure and purpose to their approach and provides a road map to their success.
