I am constantly speaking whether it's to my team or to clients. It's not an innate skill of mine. However practice and preparation always makes it easier. The best advice i can provide to someone that dreads public speaking is that even the most polished speaker gets nervous before they hit the stage. It's perfectly normal and expected no matter how much you have prepped to feel anxious.
I use Microsoft project in my professional and personal projects. I have trained various individuals on how to use it for project management purposes in agile and waterfall projects.
My Master's concentration is organizational development with a concentration in project management and I've worked in the field to be able to provide real life experience to those that need my guidance.
