I am an incoming medical student from Florida currently living in Washington, D.C. for the summer before beginning medical school at Nova Southeastern University’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. I recently graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2025 with a degree in chemistry. During undergrad, I developed a strong academic foundation in chemistry, biology, psychology, and other pre-medical sciences while balancing research, clinical work, and volunteer experiences. I also scored a 515 on the MCAT and have since helped several friends improve their own scores by teaching the study methods and strategies that worked for me.
My tutoring approach focuses on helping students truly understand concepts rather than simply memorizing information. I know firsthand how overwhelming science courses and standardized exams can feel, especially when students lose confidence or struggle to find effective study strategies. Because of that, I try to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through difficult material. I tailor sessions to each student’s goals and learning style, whether they need help with course content, exam preparation, or improving study habits. As someone who recently completed the pre-med journey myself, I aim to provide guidance that is practical, approachable, and based on real experience.
