Hi! My name is Ana, and I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated from Princeton University (Class of 2024) with a B.A. in Anthropology. After graduation, I served as a Fulbright Scholar, where I taught English to vocational students. As an English Teaching Assistant, I worked with students in my age group, learning how to make complex material accessible across different learning styles and background. I prioritized one-on-one learning to meet each student's specific need.

As an English Teaching Assistant, I worked with students in my age group, learning how to make complex material accessible across different learning styles and background. I prioritized one-on-one learning to meet each student's specific need.
Now, I’ve transitioned into clinical work. I currently work as a medical assistant in Washington, D.C. In this role, I’ve gained hands-on experience with patient care, clinical workflows, and the day-to-day realities of medicine.
I’ve also successfully navigated the medical school application process and hope to help others do the same. I scored a 520 on the MCAT, including a 132 in CARS. As a MCAT Tutor, I can help students master the CARS section, building test-taking techniques and skills in strategic reading. I will meet students where they are at, whether it is a single session to discuss strategies when tackling CARS or multiple sessions to practice reading, synthesizing, and interpreting passages. I am excited to support you and share what I’ve learned from my own journey to medical school.
