I hold a Bachelor's and master's degree in political science from Virginia Tech, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude at the undergraduate level. My graduate thesis was awarded Best Thesis by the Virginia Tech Political Science Department in 2024, reflecting a deep commitment to rigorous scholarship in my field.

I have five years of combined experience teaching, tutoring, and mentoring students across a wide range of settings and levels. I've taught students from 6th grade all the way to Master's students, though most of my experience is with undergrads.

As a graduate teaching assistant, I led lectures and facilitated study sessions for courses ranging from 30 to over 200 students, developing the ability to communicate complex political and historical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. I've taught both introductory and advanced courses at the high school and college level.

In one-on-one and small group tutoring, I focus on meeting students where they are — whether that means building foundational knowledge from the ground up or helping a more advanced student sharpen their analytical writing and critical thinking. For college students, I can assist in a broad range of topics: political theory, foreign policy, U.S. and World History, The U.S. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches, and both undergraduate and Graduate levels of U.S. Government.
