Hi there! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Villanova University in Computer Engineer, and recently completed a Fulbright Scholarship. I am currently beginning my PhD in Applied Mathematics. Hi there! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Villanova University in Computer Engineer, and recently completed a Fulbright Scholarship. I am currently beginning my PhD in Applied Mathematics. I’m an experienced educator and tutor specializing in Computer Science/Programming/Engineering, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Physics, and Machine Learning with a strong foundation in both academic achievement and instructional practice. I have been helping students succeed in these subjects for over almost 10 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with learners at a wide range of levels, from middle and high school students to college-level learners preparing for exams like ACT/SAT/AP. I specialize in supporting students in Calculus, Physics, Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra, Computer Programming/Science, and college level math such as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra.
My tutoring approach is student-centered and adaptable. I believe student success comes from confidence, excitement, and engagement. Being a tutor is about instilling these in addition to being a supportive mentor. I focus on building conceptual understanding first and then applying that knowledge through practice. Very effective tutoring

When studying for a test, my 9th grader was stuck on a particular unit in Algebra 2. We frantically looked for a tutor and my daughter would only have in-person lessons. Caroline made it easy to meet on a rainy Saturday evening. She went over the subject patiently, covering a stack of study guide in just two hours. My daughter was confident with what she learned from Caroline and passed the test a couple of days later! I'm very impressed with how effective the session was, and more importantly, with her major in math, Caroline sets a great example for students on STEM pathways post high school. She communicated in a timely fashion when we were urgently looking for a session and followed up after the lesson. I will not hesitate to recommend her to parents and students who need help.

A great fit!

My daughter is in 10th grade and had her first session with Caroline today for math support. My daughter has struggled with math for over a year and a half now. Caroline was really warm and patient. My daughter is completely against virtual tutoring, but somehow, Caroline made her feel comfortable enough to continue. I got to overhear some of session and Caroline took her time to give examples that made sense. I highly recommend her for your student!
