Hi there! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Villanova University in Computer Engineer, and recently completed a Fulbright Scholarship. I am currently beginning my PhD in Applied Mathematics. I’m an experienced educator and tutor specializing in Computer Science/Programming/Engineering, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Physics, and Machine Learning with a strong foundation in both academic achievement and instructional practice. I have been helping students succeed in these subjects for over almost 10 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with learners at a wide range of levels, from middle and high school students to college-level learners preparing for exams like ACT/SAT/AP. I specialize in supporting students in Calculus, Physics, Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra, Computer Programming/Science, and college level math such as Differential Equations and Linear Algebra.
My tutoring approach is student-centered and adaptable. I believe student success comes from confidence, excitement, and engagement. Being a tutor is about instilling these in addition to being a supportive mentor. I focus on building conceptual understanding first and then applying that knowledge through practice. I’ve taught one on one sessions in both online and in person formats, supported group study workshops, and helped learners prepare for standardized tests with measurable improvement. Students frequently tell me they appreciate my patience, clear explanations, and ability to break down complex topics into manageable steps.
When working with me, you can expect personalized lesson plans tailored to your goals, regular progress check-ins, and resources to support learning outside of our sessions. Whether you need help catching up, mastering challenging topics, or preparing for a major exam, I’m committed to helping you reach your academic goals. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support your success!

ACT Math

ACT Math

I have previously supported students preparing for the ACT/SAT. I myself scored a 35/26 on the Math ACT section, and can provide a lot of insights on general mathematical advising, tricks to ace the test, and the best strategies to improve your time management.
Algebra 1

Algebra 1

I have helped struggling algebra students at the high school and college level go from Cs to As. I have worked with students who need foundational support, and some that just want to boost their grade a bit or prepare for math competitions and tests. Many have shown a 30% increase in their tests and quizzes from dedicated support and tackling common mistakes and foundational issues. I tailor ever session to the student's personal needs and focus on adaptability when learning the mathematical foundation. I studied mathematics in college and am currently a PhD student in Mathematics.

Amazing tutor! Immeasurably patient!!

Caroline was so incredibly helpful! While preparing for a math exam and competition, Caroline worked with me- step by step- until I completely understood the concept. She is very flexible and always prioritizes the student and their needs. The way she explains things is very clear and she has an immense knowledge in math. 5 Stars!

A great fit!

My daughter is in 10th grade and had her first session with Caroline today for math support. My daughter has struggled with math for over a year and a half now. Caroline was really warm and patient. My daughter is completely against virtual tutoring, but somehow, Caroline made her feel comfortable enough to continue. I got to overhear some of session and Caroline took her time to give examples that made sense. I highly recommend her for your student!
