I am a fourth-year medical student at Georgetown University School of Medicine with a strong academic foundation in math, physics, chemistry, and the life sciences. I earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and have consistently worked in analytically rigorous subjects that require structured reasoning and problem-solving. During my undergraduate years, I tutored Calculus II and Calculus III, helping students develop a deeper conceptual understanding rather than relying on memorization. I have also tutored physics and worked as a homeschool chemistry teacher, where I taught chemistry from the ground up, tailoring explanations, pacing, and problem sets to fit the student’s learning style.

In medical school, teaching has remained a central part of my training. I regularly work with material in physiology, anatomy, and organ systems such as cardiology, gastroenterology, renal, pulmonary, neurologic, and endocrine physiology, and I mentor students navigating challenging coursework and exams. These experiences have strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently, whether I am teaching algebra, calculus, general chemistry, physics, or advanced life sciences. I am especially skilled at helping students connect foundational concepts to problem-solving strategies that translate well to exams.

My teaching style is calm, structured, and intentional. I focus on building intuition first, then reinforcing it through step-by-step problem solving and exam-oriented thinking. I ask students to share specific topics a few days in advance so sessions are efficient and targeted. I work best with high school, college, pre-med, and homeschool students who want to truly understand math and science, build confidence, and become more independent learners.

Personal Statements

Personal Statements

I am a final-year medical student with extensive experience writing and revising personal statements for medical school and residency applications. I have served as a mentor for pre-medical students who have received interviews and matriculated at top programs nationwide, guiding them from early brainstorming through final revisions of personal statements and secondary essays. My approach focuses on helping students communicate their experiences clearly, reflectively, and authentically while maintaining a strong, professional narrative. I have also personally received over 20 residency interview invitations this cycle, including those from top 10 programs in the nation, along with consistent feedback from faculty and programs highlighting the clarity, authenticity, and narrative strength of my own personal statement.
Physics

Physics

I am a final-year medical student with a strong foundation in physics, including mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and waves. I have prior experience tutoring Physics and focus on helping students understand core principles rather than memorizing formulas. My teaching emphasizes problem-solving strategies, clear diagrams, and step-by-step reasoning to improve exam performance. I tailor sessions to each student’s course level and learning style, whether they are in high school, AP, or college-level physics.
Physiology

Physiology

As a final year medical student, I have received extensive education in every organ system, including physiology. I have taken and passed USMLE 1 and 2 alongside all of my physiology courses throughout my rigorous medical school training.
