I am a certified educator with over 10 years of experience teaching English, History, and Literacy across K–12 classrooms. I hold a Master’s in Education from Columbia University and New York State teaching certifications in English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Childhood Education. In addition, I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have completed BCBA-aligned coursework, giving me specialized skills in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including SPED learners.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of educational settings, including public and private schools, middle and high school classrooms, and small group or one-on-one support sessions. I have helped students improve reading comprehension, writing, critical thinking, and organizational skills while building confidence and independence. My approach is structured yet flexible, tailoring lessons to each student’s strengths, needs, and learning style. I use evidence-based strategies, guided reading, writing conferences, and executive-function coaching to ensure that students not only understand the material but also develop skills to succeed in the long term.
