I am a multilingual tutor with over 5 years of experience helping students strengthen their skills in French, English/ESL, academic writing, test prep, math, and economics. This gave me both the linguistic and analytical training that I now bring into my tutoring.
My tutoring experience spans high school, college, and adult learners. I've worked one-on-one with students in university courses, supported high school students preparing for AP exams or SAT/ACT, and helped adult learners build conversational fluency and confidence. I've tutored both in-person and online. Because I have studied multiple languages (primarily French and Spanish), I understand challenges students face with language and also know how to navigate language barriers.
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented. I begin by identifying where the student needs the most help and then building lessons that provide a plan, clear explanations, targeted examples, and plenty of practice. I emphasize real improvement; after each session, students walk away with a stronger grasp of the material and specific steps they can immediately apply. My goal is always to help students gain confidence, understand the "why" behind what they're learning, and feel prepared for both coursework and real-world application.
