I specialize in elementary through 6th grade math, pre-algebra, and algebra I, helping students strengthen foundational skills, master key concepts, and develop effective problem solving habits. My teaching style is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning pace. I use step by step explanations, hands on examples, and plenty of practice to ensure full understanding. Whether a student is struggling with the basics or looking to get ahead, I make sure every session builds both skill and confidence.
My goal is to create a learning environment that encourages growth and celebrates progress. I offer a free two hour consultation session for new students to assess strengths, challenges, and learning goals before beginning regular tutoring. I also ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With consistency and encouragement, I believe every student can succeed in math and develop a lasting love for learning.
