I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Tufts University, credentials that fuel my passion for language and literature. Alongside my professional curriculum work, I’ve spent more than ten years tutoring students in grades 3–7. I specialize in strengthening reading comprehension and literary analysis, helping students identify author’s purpose, and encouraging them to think more deeply about both narrative and informational texts.
As an experienced online tutor, I create customized lessons tailored to each student’s needs. I draw on my background in developing educational content for EdTechs to make lessons engaging, targeted, and effective. Whether in group classes or one-on-one sessions, my goal is always the same: to spark a love of reading while giving students the tools to grow into stronger, more confident readers and writers.
