Having worked as a tutor for four years and as an editorial aide at The Washington Post this summer, I am a dedicated and experienced writer with a passion for building confidence in young learners. I earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 and an MA from University College Cork in 2025. For Letterly, an education tech start-up, I tutored over 75 children aged 7-17 on journalistic and creative writing, as well as grammatical, spelling and reading comprehension skills. For the Washington Post, I worked across a newsroom of over 75 journalists and wrote a number of high-performing articles. I also have experience helping students with both high school and college essays -- I attended a top boarding school and am very familiar with what makes applications successful.
