Studying at Georgetown University, I understand the challenges and opportunities students face when navigating college admissions and career planning. Coming from a low-income background, I worked my way through the admissions process to earn a place at one of the nation’s top universities. Along the way, I completed four internships, including one with a top investment bank in New York. I was offered the opportunity to start my career there after graduation, yet I chose to dedicate myself to helping others achieve their goals.

In college, I serve as president of two organizations focused on educating youth and coaching students. At Scholars of Finance, I work closely with 40+ members to help them secure internships at top financial institutions such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. This includes resume and LinkedIn reviews, developing targeted career plans, and preparing students for interviews. At First Generation Investors, I lead financial literacy programs for over 80 high school students across three D.C.-area schools, teaching financial literacy for long-term success. I also have extensive experience providing pro bono college admissions and career coaching. For example, I have helped a seasoned professional switch careers and supported an international student in gaining admission to a top master’s program.

Born and raised in a family of educators, I value education highly and understand the dedication and work ethic required to be a successful teacher. My coaching approach is fully personalized and results-focused. I work with each student to assess strengths, identify areas for improvement, and create a tailored plan to reach their goals. Whether developing a compelling essay, conducting a mock interview, or building a long-term career strategy, I incorporate real-world examples, structured practice, and actionable feedback. My goal is to give every student the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed both now and in the future.

Career Development

Studying Finance at Georgetown University, I completed four internships in investment banking, credit risk, and lobbying, while also leading two education-focused nonprofits. My expertise lies in finance, having recently pivoted from a career in investment banking to full-time career coaching. While I specialize in helping clients break into finance roles, I have supported students and professionals across industries, from college students landing their first internships to seasoned professionals successfully switching careers. My low-income background and success in high-performance environments give me the perspective to help others pursue meaningful, long-term careers regardless of where they are starting from.
College Counseling

College Counseling

I understand the college admissions process from both personal experience and years of guiding students through it. Coming from a low-income background, I earned admission to Georgetown University and have since coached students who gained acceptance to many top-ranked universities. My leadership in two education-focused student organizations, along with my tutoring experience, allows me to provide targeted, actionable advice for every stage of the process.
Interview Prep

Interview Prep

My qualifications include a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University and having completed hundreds of interviews—given and received—across finance, consulting, lobbying, and nonprofit roles. My experience spans recorded, virtual, and in-person interviews, with both quantitative and behavioral formats. I coach clients to prepare for interviews using mock sessions, tailored feedback, and proven strategies for clear, confident communication. My insights come directly from high-stakes interview environments, giving clients a practical edge in presenting themselves authentically and effectively.
