Hello! I'm Ethan, a certified English teacher with four years of classroom experience working with both elementary and middle school students. I’ve always loved helping students become more confident readers and writers, and I aim to make learning feel approachable and rewarding. In the classroom, I strive to build a strong foundation in reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. Outside of school, I’ve provided individualized support to students who needed extra help strengthening their reading and writing skills. I focus on meeting each student where they are, breaking down concepts into manageable parts, and helping them build strategies they can carry with them into the classroom and beyond. I make sure each session is focused, encouraging, and aligned with what the student needs most — whether that’s writing stronger paragraphs, decoding challenging texts, or sharpening grammar.
