I am a recent Howard University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating summa cum laude with a 3.9 GPA, complemented by published research on pediatric oral health access and binge eating disorders. Currently, I serve as Research Study Coordinator at the University of Utah School of Dentistry and Supplement Coordinator at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, keeping me engaged with current scientific literature.

For four years, I have operated my own tutoring business, providing instruction in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and genetics to high school through college students for approximately ten hours weekly. I conduct one-on-one sessions both in-person and online, tailoring instruction to each student's learning style, while also offering group sessions that foster collaborative learning.

My teaching approach centers on visual learning through extensive color coding systems that help students organize complex information. I create customized practice problems and send supplementary educational videos that reinforce concepts between sessions. My methodology involves meeting learners at their current level, breaking down sophisticated topics into fundamental building blocks before building complexity. Having navigated the pre-dental path myself, I bring unique insight to pre-health students while helping them develop confidence and analytical thinking skills essential for advanced scientific study.
