Struggling to capture your story in just one page? I can help! I'm Katie—a U.S. Fulbright grantee, current Harvard Law student, and London School of Economics alum. With years of experience in tutoring, career mentoring, and project design, I specialize in helping students find their voice, craft compelling narratives, and stand out in competitive applications. Whether you're applying to college, law school, graduate programs, fellowships, or a dream job, I’ll help you transform your experiences into a powerful, authentic essay that shows reviewers you are who they are looking for.
Now, a little more about me! I am currently a 2L at Harvard Law School, and have received Dean's Scholar awards in multiple courses in my time there. I hold an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I also hold duel BA's in Biology and Art History from DePauw University in Indiana. I received a U.S. Fulbright Research Grant to Indonesia, and continue to serve as an Alumni Ambassador for the program, guiding students through its rigorous application, review, and interview process. Most recently I have worked for Colorado Attorney General's Office in Denver, the U.S. House Energy & Commerce Committee, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's General Counsel.
Last year, I served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School, leading weekly review sessions for 1L students and mentoring them through the overwhelming first-year experience. My approach to teaching, writing, and career coaching focuses on helping students identify and understand their audience, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident in their knowledge. My methods have helped students secure funding, job opportunities, and grades that reflect their deep understanding of the material.
