I have kept tutoring throughout law school and even now as a licensed attorney because I love helping students build their confidence and excel. Tutoring is one of the most rewarding ways to support young minds and foster a passion for learning.
My approach is to adjust my methods to a students' needs and learning style. For example, for students that have visual learning styles, I create personalized diagrams and graphics and pull charts from open-source websites. I enjoy adapting my approach to how the student learns best to boost the students' confidence and ability to retain information and excel. I am always open to feedback on how I can better serve my clients and improve as a tutor.
I attended UC Berkeley for undergrad where I double majored in Urban Studies and Environmental Economics & Policy and minored in Spanish.
I grew up in the Bay Area, and I've been tutoring for over a decade. Since high school and throughout college and law school, I've tutored students in various subjects such as math, English, and writing. Additionally, I've worked with students to develop better study habits and foundational skills such as literary analysis and essay composition.
