Hello, my name is Meghan! I graduated with my B.S. and M.S. in Neuroscience from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. With inspiring mentors of my own, I have found mentoring the next generation of students and leaders very rewarding. I have a niche interest in education and strong aptitude for teaching, with experience as an undergraduate and graduate level anatomy and physiology cadaver lab Teaching Assistant and lecturer at Tulane University, and a remediation biology teacher at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. I am passionate about biology, anatomy/physiology, and neuroscience, and I strive to make learning a pleasant experience for these difficult subjects. I am comfortable with a variety of methods and teaching tactics based on what is best for each individual student. As a general rule of thumb, I am outcomes-driven and determined to cultivate success through student engagement. Intrinsically motivated, consistently kind, and with a people first core value, I am approachable, responsible, and meticulous in all that I do.
