Admitted to UCLA!

Daniel helped me achieve my dream of being accepted at UCLA. He was extremely thorough with every part of my application, including my essays, activities lists, and everything in between. I worked with many other counselors who didn’t seem to care, but I could sense that Daniel has a genuine passion for helping his students. Thank you so much!

Amazing and Incredibly Helpful Experience!

I couldn’t have gotten through the college application process without Daniel. From the start, he helped me figure out my college list, write a strong personal statement, and perfect all of my supplemental essays. He was always super responsive and excited to help, which made the whole process feel way less stressful. What I appreciated most was how personal his feedback was. He really focused on highlighting who I am as a person, which made my applications feel true to me. On top of that, he gave me so many helpful resources, like planning documents and scholarship opportunities, that made everything so much more manageable. Thanks to Daniel, I feel really confident about my applications, and I couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for someone who’s supportive, easy to work with, and knows what they're doing, Daniel is the best!

Efficient, Supportive, and Incredibly Knowledgeable!

When I first started looking for a College Counselor in August of last year it all felt incredibly overwhelming. I interviewed around 15 different tutors and Daniel was the very last tutor I met with. Going into the meeting with Daniel I was almost positive that I was going to go with a different tutor but I decided to meet with Daniel anyways and I am incredibly thankful that I did. As soon as I met Daniel I could tell that he was a professional. He led the meeting with incredible efficiency, no time was wasted whatsoever. As soon as I left the meeting I knew that I had found my College Counselor. A few days later we met for our first actual meeting and Daniel immediately gave me an exhaustive spreadsheet that outlined the entire process of the College Application process with a bunch of different worksheets that simplified the entire process. We always managed to get an astounding amount of work done in our meetings together and after each and every meeting Daniel always sent me a clear follow up email with my homework for the week which made my life a lot easier! Going into the college application season I felt extremely overwhelmed by the whole process but Daniel managed to make me feel as though I had everything under control and, with his help, I actually did have everything under control! I just finished my final application without a hitch and I hope to find out soon where I got in. I already got into Penn State! All in all, Daniel is an incredibly kind, efficient, supportive, and knowledgeable guy who manages to keep his meetings lighthearted yet serious and he will even crack a joke every once in a while! He gives you the confidence to be able to do whatever College Applications you set your mind to! Best Counselor Ever!

Easy to talk to and willing to help

I needed good advice on a high school schedule conflict for my son, fast. Daniel was quick to respond and willing to have a short chat with me free of charge, which I very much appreciated. So, I booked a meeting with Daniel for my son to talk about all things college application and building his resume. He seemed to like talking to Daniel and was eager to share what he learned. We've only had one session but plan to book more!

Knowledgeable, personalized guidance

Daniel has provided exceptional guidance, helping my son craft a compelling personal narrative that brought his application to life. Daniel helped my son summarize his interests, goals, and essence in a concise way that provided a compass to guide the rest of the application. Daniel then helped rework my son's essay to showcase things in a more unique, personalized way. Daniel's feedback was insightful and actionable. He also carefully reviewed my son's activities list and offered great suggestions to highlight his achievements. Daniel's deep knowledge of the admissions process, as well as his strategic and creative approach, were invaluable. He instilled confidence in my son and has helped greatly for him to put his best foot forward.
