Mohamed showed me how to create a WBS using technical drawings. I wasn't sure how to go about it, but thankfully Mohamed did. If you need instruction on construction projects, Mohamed is your man!

The course I'm taking is an advanced course in project planning and scheduling methodologies involving computer simulation, scheduling software, and application of scheduling techniques focusing mainly on commercial projects - though single and multi-family projects. The Key topics Mohamed covered are CPM and Short Interval Production Schedule (SIPS). Mohamed helped me develop advanced knowledge and skills in construction planning and scheduling and project control through a project-based learning approach.
