Paul Fredericks is a 33 year old Degreed & Multi-Certified Music Teacher in the state of Connecticut. He studied jazz piano, guitar, and composition at Yale School of Music, The University of Bridgeport where he got his Bachelors in Music Performance with a focus on Music Education & Composition. He studied jazz piano, guitar, and composition at Yale School of Music, The University of Bridgeport where he got his Bachelors in Music Performance with a focus on Music Education & Composition. Paul has played over 200 hundred shows at such places as: Toads Place in New Haven, The Webster Theater in Hartford, The Bridgeport Bluefish Stadium now the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, the Shubert Theater in New Haven and more. He has opened for bands such as Foreigner, Buckethead, Hatebreed, & The Machine.

He has trained under such notable musicians and composers such as:
James Moody, Eric Singer, Jeffrey Johnson, Chris Coogan, Patrick Smith,, Gary Burton, &
Dan Arcamone to name a few.

Paul has worked as a studio musician on over 5 albums, and has also composed original scores, and tracks for over 5 video games on steam, browser, android, & more.

Highly recommended!

Paul does a great job assessing where the student is and pushing them to the next level. Paul is teaching my 11 yr old son how to play bass guitar. He is helping my son translate his prior piano knowledge to a new instrument in a way that is fun and highly effective. Paul is very encouraging and engaging, and the lessons are perfectly paced to maintain my son's interest for a full hour. I can't imagine a better fit for my son and I highly recommend him!
