As a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law (2023), where I also earned a Certification in Regulatory Compliance through the UConn School of Business, I bring a strong academic foundation and analytical skillset to my tutoring. Prior to law school, I graduated with distinction from Brandeis University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. During my academic career, I served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses and was recognized for my performance in graduate-level debate, experiences that strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.
I have worked with K–12 students across a range of subjects, providing both homework support and structured lessons tailored to individual learning styles. My approach to tutoring emphasizes helping students understand the “why” and “how” behind the material, rather than simply memorizing content. I believe this not only improves immediate performance, but also builds long-term academic confidence and independence. Whether I am helping a student refine an essay, prepare for the ACT or LSAT, or navigate coursework in the humanities and social sciences, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
I scored in the 98th percentile on the ACT and enjoy helping students approach standardized tests strategically and with confidence. In addition to test preparation, I provide support in academic writing, including essays, theses, and college application materials, as well as general proofreading and mentorship. My goal is to meet each student where they are and help them achieve measurable progress through clear guidance, structured practice, and consistent encouragement.
