Hi. I'm Kathy. I'm a teacher with 16 years of experience. I have a Master's degree from Sacred Heart University. I currently teach fourth grade but I have also taught second and kindergarten.

I would love to be able to offer my assistance and support to help students in any area they are having difficulty with. My goal is to help build students self confidence and build on their strengths.

I believe during my 16 years of experience I have taught a variety of different students and found ways to reach them. I am patient and have an understanding of strategies that help students become more successful.

I am familiar with the elementary curriculum and any aspect that I don't have knowledge of, I will be willing to research. I believe we are all learners and that includes myself.

I have first hand knowledge and strategies that have worked in my classroom for many different levels of students. I have worked individually with students and seen improvements over time.

As the summer winds down I will only be available in the evening. I look forward to hearing form you and working with new students.
