I am an effective teacher because I meet my students where they are, and help them get to where they want to go. I love finding ways to help learners understand challenging topics.

When the weather allows, I spend almost every weekend kayaking, hiking, or fishing somewhere around Connecticut. I also enjoy reading, sometimes getting trapped in a book I really enjoy! I write short stories in my spare time when I have some time to myself. I also care for a very fluffy cat named Max, a crazy dog named Chance, and a tiny turtle named Technoblade.

We happened upon Noelle looking for a math tutor to help our middle school daughter. She was great, very easy going and the perfect temperament to tackle material with which our daughter is having difficulty. Our daughter gave her two thumbs up!

Confidence builder!

Noelle has absolutely without a doubt helped my daughter rebuild her confidence in math. Her last quiz was a 100%!! In pre-calculus! Who can even do that?!? Amazing!!

Emergency last minute availability and help

Noelle was wonderful with my teenage daughter who needed a last minute review session for a just-announced pre-calculus test. My daughter felt super confident about the material after her session with Noelle. I highly recommend her for a math tutor!

Knowledgeable and helpful tutor

Noelle is working with my smart, but impatient 7th grader in pre-algebra. She’s patient, kind, and meets him exactly where he’s at; finding concrete examples and metaphors to explain concepts, and taking appropriate time to understand where he’s struggling conceptually. My son actually likes being tutored and we feel fortunate to have found Noelle!
