I have a master’s degree in early childhood and elementary education through 6th grade from Bank Street College of Education. My post graduate studies have included both the science of reading and reading and writing workshop. I have taught various math curriculums and I am trained in responsive classroom. Over the years I have taught many different grade levels at both private and public schools, encompassing a wide range of children. I have taught in both general and collaborative education classrooms. I have tutored elementary through middle school children in all subjects.
I have also specialized as an Executive Functioning Coach with expertise in helping children from elementary to college age. I am Experienced in helping students develop critical skills in organization, time management, focus and task prioritization. I support children with ADHD, learning differences and executive functioning challenges to build effective study habits, manage academic demands and foster independence.
I am Skilled at creating individualized coaching plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, promoting confidence and success in both academic and personal growth.
