These professors were always coherent and graspable when teaching the lessons and were always willing to clarify any point that seems exclusive.
Likewise I tried to use this approach in my lesson with my students in order for learning to be an enjoyable and effective one. Moreover methods I use are explicitly base on students learning style , learning ability and individual needs.
I have ten years in teaching Elementary Math, Language Art, Science, Social Studies and Reading in a classroom and Five years tutoring experience. I worked directly with any student who need additional assistance. I also use cooperative approach in my lesson plans where students are place in cooperative focus groups of 4-8 and thought according to there needs.
In some classes an holistic approach is use in order for no student to be left behind. Furthermore, I hold after-school classes everyday, not only in Reading but also in Math, English where students come for homework help.
