I will listen as you share your problems surrounding a goal. We will break down the problem(s) from the big, often overwhelming "picture" into smaller, manageable parts. I will hear you and help you learn how to get it done! I use Agile Methodology for project management in business, school, and personal applications; The process is simple and effective. There is a unique and fun way to help each person better understand how to manage time to get projects done faster and with satisfaction.
I had a long career as a Professional Oboist, performer, and teacher (maintained a very active private studio). The non-music skills I learned and assimilated into my successful career and life I am now offering to others in all project management: education (student homework), small business, event planning in families (household chores, uniting family teams to create family events and goals), and more! I love sharing my expertise and helping others achieve their goals.

I am very well aware of the challenges students and adults with ADHD encounter. ADHD shows up on a spectrum with hyperactivity at one end, primarily in boys, and on the other end of the spectrum, girls who are "daydreaming" and not tracking the teacher; Throughout the spectrum are many variations of all genders and ages. Another outcome of this process I employ (listening, asking, engaging) is decreasing stress in individuals and families as we collaborate to achieve goals with renewed confidence and joy.

I am enrolled in a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology Program to add to my rich work-life experiences; Helping you with your projects as I further my education is fulfilling and energizing!
