Wonderful tutor

Great tutor
Jodi is clear, responsive and patient. My 9th grader has her helping with geometry and he really likes her style of teaching. She both solidifies concepts as well as pushes him to to use the strategies for more complicated problems. highly recommend!

AA Calculus—Jody was a patient and thorough tutor. She began the lesson by asking general questions about his class and where he stood with homework, quizzes, and tests. We were able to download materials for her to discuss, and she gave alternate explanations that were very clear and helpful. We will be using her again.

Jodi brought up good examples of what types of problems to tackle and how to work through them. She helped my child think through the problems he was having the most difficulty with. Excellent Calculus tutor
Jodi has helped my son gain a much better understanding of Calculus concepts by explaining clearly and using diagrams to illustrate. She also helps him with problem sets that he sends her in advance of their lesson. Jodi's background as a high school math teacher is especially useful as she is familiar with areas that students have trouble with. I am so glad that I found Jodi on Wyzant, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with calculus (both Calc AB and BC)!
