I have 25 years of experience in Tax and Accounting. Including Big 4 and CFO of a privately held company.

I have 12 years of Teaching Experience at the University Level and currently Teach in the Accounting Department at Metro State University of Denver. I also tutor online there a few nights a week.

I'm pretty easy going, I like to review your materials before we meet so we can use our time efficiently (no, I don't have every casebook, regulation, rule or accounting problem...

I don't charge for becoming familiar with your course materials.

I wont do your homework for you but I will help you formulate your own answers. I do provide notes that I have taken while reviewing the course materials that I feel will help your study progress.

Taxation - Undergraduate, Graduate (MTAX, LLM), and JD
Accounting - Financial Accounting - Undergraduate, Graduate (MAcc, MBA)
QuickBooks Online - All users (students or business owners)

I am a QB ProAdvisor and I believe that the Online version will soon replace the Desktop version so for this reason I only use the Online. *** Ask me about 6 months of Free subscription.
