Hello, my name is Wiktor. I am a language tutor and graduate of Queens College, City University of New York, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in French and Italian and a Master of the Arts in Italian. I have also studied abroad at the Catholic University of Paris (Institut Catholique de Paris) in France, and at the University for Foreigners (Università per gli Stranieri) in Perugia, Italy. As a native Polish speaker with an extensive academic background in Romance languages, I have developed a strong understanding of grammar, pronunciation, as well as cultural context. My approach to tutoring is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs: I want the student to feel comfortable in being able to express his or herself in the language they are learning. I incorporate conversation, grammar, and example in order to help develop confidence and a grasp on the language. My goal as a tutor is to make each lesson engaging, approachable, and assure that language learning is fun.

Great Tutor!

Today I had a full immersion lesson with Wiktor! He was terrific! Wiktor is very informative, and truly helped me improve my Italian as I have forgotten it over the years. What I truly enjoyed about this lesson is that he helps you become confident immediately. He also improves your accent in Italian, as he has the same diction as an Italian native. I highly recommend Wiktor as a tutor.
